The nature of the role is largely to take our reporting to the next level by coordinating the production of our quarterly free-to-air research reports and client-facing deliverables. The individual will work closely with regional research team members as well as local research teams around the region.What this job involves:

• Coordinate the production of one of JLLs leading research publications
• Manage workflows in our content management system to facilitate a smooth and timely report submission process
• As a key stakeholder, be a point of contact and build good relationships with local research teams across the region
• Follow established review process to ensure report quality
• Manage charting and key fast facts updates

• Preferably 3-4 years of relevant experience
• Bachelors degree
• A keen interest in real estate with solid understanding of business and economics
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Strong time management skills with an ability to multitask and meet deadlines and both independently and as a team player
• Agile thinker with good problem-solving skills; meticulous and diligent
• Fluent in English, with excellent writing skills; ability to speak in another Asian language will be an asset but not required
