- deeply understand the needs of our stakeholders and translate them into a software requirement backlog to deliver sustainable solutions for our clients\xe2\x80\x8b
- provide engineering and analytical expertise to support pre-inceptions and evaluate solutions together with the product owner, stakeholders and peers\xe2\x80\x8b
- identify and align with people and systems impacted by functional and non-functional requirements \xe2\x80\x8b
- collaborate with cross-functional scrum teams on iterative deliverables to meet the business goals within an agile software delivery framework \xe2\x80\x8b
- structure and document requirements, incl. user stories and acceptance criteria\'s, in an easy to understand and effective manner and with the use of UML models \xe2\x80\x8b
- track requirements during the product development cycle and ensure their transparency towards all relevant stakeholders \xe2\x80\x8b
- manage sufficient product documentation and manuals for internal stakeholders \xe2\x80\x8b
- co-develop a clear product vision and strategy with the product owner, covering the full product lifecycle (including decommissioning, version and infrastructure upgrades) \xe2\x80\x8b
- engage with colleagues at all levels with the aim to drive new products and product changes proactively and continuously as well as identifying opportunities to improve our processes \xe2\x80\x8b
- support front and business operations for a successful implementation (e.g. conducting trainings, providing product support etc.) \xe2\x80\x8b
- ensures the quality of the product from a functional, as well as from a non-functional requirements (i.e. production stability, performance, maintainability) and cost efficiency perspective \xe2\x80\x8b
- participating in testing and validation activities to ensure that the system meets the requirements\xe2\x80\x8b

You\'ll be working in Pune and will be responsible for delivering solutions globally. We are responsible for developing, maintaining and strategically transforming the application portfolio in close collaboration with our business sponsors. We follow Agile and DevSecOps methodology to efficiently handle the development and delivery of technology solutions. - strong understanding of cyber security and client authentication in banking and financial domain\xe2\x80\x8b
- experience as a technical business analyst with the ability to articulate ideas, business processes and solutions to a wide audience in a non-technical manner and coordinate/manage stakeholders\xe2\x80\x8b
- process flow analysis skills and use case modelling from an end-to-end perspective including UML models such as business concept diagrams, state diagrams etc.\xe2\x80\x8b
- business requirements grooming and translating them into suitable, cost-effective IT products for implementation\xe2\x80\x8b
- experience working in a demanding, globally distributed teams-based environment and ability to work independently\xe2\x80\x8b
- experience in agile working practices with strong analytical and problem-solving skills\xe2\x80\x8b
- transparent and clear communication/coordination skills\xe2\x80\x8b
- vetting of business change requests and assessing proposed solutions with the dev teams, so that effort estimation can be provided\xe2\x80\x8b
