Organizational Overview:The Recovery Liaison Specialist act as liaison between Synchrony and attorney suppliers: complete controls and ensure suppliers meet requirements with in the SLA and work on weekly and monthly reports. And verify various legal document submitted by attorney suppliers.Role Summary/Purpose:The Recovery Liaison Specialist will maintain internal controls by producing/pulling reporting to/for the team, suppliers and management for the Attorney Programs in the Recovery Department.Key Responsibilities:Support and maintain an environment of partnership with our internal and external customersMaintain internal controls by producing/pulling reporting to/for the team, suppliers and managementPerform internal surveillance to ensure the Nintex workflows are being worked accurately and within the established SLAsCreate and update Business Process Reviews and Sourcing scorecardsUpdate/Upload and maintain the accuracy of the Internal Supplier Management (ISM) Support Central portalReconcile the weekly settled in full/paid in full reportSupport Recovery Operations teams as neededAssist with escalated issues or inquiresComplete special projects and duties as assignedRequired Skills:Minimum of 1 years customer service, collections and/or research experience in financial services industry or in lieu of a degree 3+ years of customer service, collections and/or research experience in financial services industry.Education qualification to be 10+2 and aboveShould be flexible to work in night and rotational shifts, evening and weekend coverage.Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated ability to handle conflict using soft skillsStrong Work Experience with MS Office Word, Excel(spreadsheet and/or database)and PowerPointDemonstrated ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasksDesired Characteristics:Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with all levels of managementDemonstrated ability to perform as an individual contributor as well as in a team environmentStrong analytical and research skillsEffective verbal and written communication skillsProven ability to successfully manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to deal with rapidly changing environment - flexible hours may be required to meet service deadlinesPrior experience or basic understanding of I2RPrior experience with Support Central workflows and data formsEligibility criteria :Minimum of 1 years customer service, collections and/or research experience in financial services industry or in lieu of a degree 3+ years of customer service, collections and/or research experience in financial services industry.Work Timings: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM EST (Subject to change as per business requirements)Internal Candidates:Understand the criteria or mandatory skills required for the role, before applying.Inform your Manager or HRM before applying for any role on Workday.Ensure that your Professional Profile is updated (fields such as Education, Prior experience, Other skills) and it is mandatory to upload your updated resume (Word or PDF format)Must not be any corrective action plan (First Formal/Final Formal, PIP)Employees who have completed 12 months in SYF and 12 months in current role are only eligible.Grade/Level: 05Job Family Group: Collections
