Operational Risk Reporting & BigData team is looking for a highly motivated and strong hands-on Tableau Lead & Technical Specialist developer to expand the existing global team for developing and supporting technology solutions to support firm\'s Operational Risk framework. The Qualified candidate will participate in end-to-end development of technology solutions as well as ongoing support Qualifications: Should have more than 9+ years of relevant hands on exposure in developing End-to- End Reporting solutions with Tableau suite for complex enterprise architecture along with strong analytical skills. . Strong understanding of Tableau based implementation, Development and Enhancements. . Having good knowledge in Tableau Desktop 2019, 2020, 2021 or above (Dashboard Creation, Report Authoring and troubleshooting). . Ability to write complex SL. . Able to Design / Architect BI Reporting solution. . Able to Lead a Team of Developer & BA. . Experience in creating Database schemas the support business processes. . Creation of Data sources, self-reporting model including live and Extract. . Understanding of Tableau server 10.5 and above . Good knowledge in designing dashboards with use of visualizations. . Develop rich interactive visualizations integrating various reporting components from multiple data sources. . Create Action Filters, Parameters and calculations for preparing Dashboards and worksheets. . Develop and consolidate multiple Tableau workbooks into single workbook . Develop Tableau Dashboards with interactive views, trends and drilldown along with user level security . Should have experience in admin activities like publishing, users maintenance and server maintenance. . Experience with tableau tabcmd utility . Experience with tableau prep . Strong understanding and usage of advanced Tableau features . Knowledge with Impala/Arcadia/Hive are preferable. . Expert level ability to analyze data to identify deliverables, gaps and inconsistencies. . Responsible for requirements analysis, design, code, test and implementation as an Individual Contributor. . Ability to understand business requirements, prototyping, designing and developing data models as per requirements. . Strong analytical and technical problem solving skills. . Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills. . Knowledge on Big Data , MicroStrategy and other BI tools is an added advantage. . Strong understanding of based implementation, Development and Enhancements. . Must be a team player. . Should be good in Agile Scrum methodology. Education: . Bachelor\'s degree/University degree or equivalent experience .
