Apply today!Senior Reporting AnalystAs a Senior Analyst, you will play a crucial role in transforming data into insights to support our business goals. Your primary focus will be on leveraging Power BI to create dashboards and reports, helping teams across merchandising, finance, and operations to make data-driven decisions. You'll collaborate with various stakeholders to track key performance indicators and provide actionable recommendations.Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for various business functions.
• Analyze large datasets to generate insights and trends, supporting decision-making.
• Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to inform business strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver accurate insights.
• Use JIRA to manage tasks and ensure timely delivery of reporting projects.
• Support ad-hoc analysis requests, providing data that informs critical business decisions.

• 4-6 years of experience in a data analysis or reporting role, preferably in retail or consumer goods.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, with experience in building dashboards and using DAX.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas) and SQL knowledge.
• Experience with JIRA for workload management.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, able to convey technical data to non-technical stakeholders.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Familiarity with Snowflake (or similar) for any data analysis required.
• Familiarity with basic data modelling.
• Knowledge of fashion retail and e-commerce trends.
• Understanding of data governance and GDPR compliance.

• Proactive problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Collaborative team player who can work with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong organizational skills, capable of managing competing priorities.
