Acquisition & servicing of Retail Institutional clients in the field of Education, Medical, NGO, Trust, Clubs, Associations, Sec 25 Cos., Societies, Religious trust, etc.
Would be responsible for handling transaction & investment banking business like Payments, Collections, Fixed Deposits, FX, Electronic Transfers, Online Payment Gateway, Asset business & other banking & financial products to the retail institutional clients
Enhance relationship with the key decision makers and top management of all the mapped clientele
To generate leads in the catchment to achieve NTB targets.
Work closely with the Retail Branch for ensuring efficient service to clients
Retail Instituions RM is expected to manage relationships with average CASA values of more than Rs. 10 Lacs
Job Requirements :
Needs to have very strong Banking knowledge and should be well versed with the products, processes and systems of the bank.
Needs to be approachable and should have the ability to guide and be the first point of contact for the employees.
Accuracy and analytical ability on MIS
Able to manage and drive various Learning events
Eye for details, Meticulous
Good communication skills
