Senior Regional Insurance Manager
Function/ Department:
Retail Liabilities / Wealth Management
Job Purpose:
'Engagement with all Business verticals within the zone / region of the Bank. Liaise with Regional Managers and work closely with Branch's to increase activation, increase lead flow, ensure right product offering as per customer need etc.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Engagement with External stakeholders / partners of the Bank to establish synergies between Bank and Partner.
Ensure training, certifiation and process alignment apart from ensuring complaince at all times. Drive cusomer based solutions that fit in to as per need analysis and requirements.
Be a prima-facie interface & be a solution provider to all Bank staff from Insurance needs perspective for the Bank customers.
Manageirial leadership is required (in-direct) to manage various Business verticals and structure of the Bank. Maturity in handling employee / partner / customer queries related to Insurance needs.

Graduation: Any
Experience:
10-18 years
