Lead a team of RCEM -Customer Engagement (RCEM) in the region to manage Cat D portfolio as assigned CEC.
Achieving Business Objectives for the Region and meet the value, volume & channel productivity metrics.
Lead Conversion - Meeting benchmark Conversion of leads as budgeted from time to time as generated by Customer experience Centre(CEC) and central campaigns/triggers by CVMHO team.
Ensure superior ground coverage of the customers mapped to RMCE Channel.
Drive portfolio objectives through RMCEs - Category upgrades, Casa deepening, Digital adoption, GPH improvement, GSA improvement.
Manpower Hiring & Retention.
RM Channel productivity improvement.
NPS - Ensuring on ground Customer experience translates into desired NPS at a portfolio level.
