Sourcing candidates by various modes Job portals, social media, employee referrals & internal database 3. Screening the candidates and conducting assesements 4. Preparing the job descriptions 5. Handling the Female stay area queries. Required Competencies Educational Qualification : Bachelor Degree Skill Competencies : 1. Good communication skills, 2. Good knowledge in portals like naukri & indeed 3. Computer skills needed Good command over MS office (Excel & PPT) 4. Proven work experience as a Recruiter 5. Time-management skills 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience : 4 6years Gender : Any
