- Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with client companies.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Advise clients on market trends, salary expectations, and talent availability.
- Candidate Sourcing and Recruitment:
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability for client requirements.
- Match candidates to suitable job roles and present shortlisted candidates to clients.
- Process Management:
- Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to offer stage.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates.
- Provide feedback to candidates and clients post-interview.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and company policies.
- Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Negotiate terms of business with new clients.
- Market Research:
- Stay updated with industry trends and market conditions.
- Conduct research to understand the competitive landscape and identify potential opportunities for growth.
- Education:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in a similar role.
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Proficient in using recruitment software and databases.
- Sales and negotiation skills.
