About The RoleCandidate Management\xc2\xb7 Manage full cycle recruiting processes ensuring a positive candidate experience through the interview (attract, select, interview, negotiate and extend offer)\xc2\xb7 Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications\xc2\xb7 Screen candidates resumes and job applications\xc2\xb7 Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods\xc2\xb7 Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices\xc2\xb7 Collaborating with team members to understand positions and recruiting needs\xc2\xb7 Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process\xc2\xb7 Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved\xc2\xb7 Develop an effective pipeline of key talent potentially available for immediate hire as succession planning needs dictate\xc2\xb7 Manage the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers\xc2\xb7 Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques and best practices in HR\xc2\xb7 Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email tracking recruiting activities and providing weekly activity reporting.\xc2\xb7 Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and recruitment data in applicant tracking systems (ATS) or databasesClient Management\xc2\xb7 Establish and maintain good relationships with clients through regular telephone contact, visits and reviewing our service to ensure a quality service is provided at all times\xc2\xb7 Develop a detailed knowledge of the nature and culture of all clients businesses\xc2\xb7 Generate client informationPreferred Candidature\xc2\xb7 Should have experience in Non IT Recruitment, BPO International Voice Process Hiring\xc2\xb7 Should have experience in C2H hiring\xc2\xb7 Should have good communication skills in English\xc2\xb7 Should be a minimum graduate\xc2\xb7 Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines.\xc2\xb7 Good understanding of the industry or sector in which they are recruiting, including trends, market conditions, and competitor analysis.
