Role: Senior RecruiterBasic FunctionsThe Senior Recruiter will act as a senior level individual contributor The senior recruiter may carry a full or partial workload depending on their assigned responsibilities.This role consists of screening potential candidates for various client openings utilizing all sourcing channels to source qualified candidates. This person must be able to identify and locate passive candidates & generate interest in client positions or pipeline requirements by researching various industries and functions to create a diverse pool of applicants. This person also drives business commitments such as service level agreements (SLAs), compliance, diversity, and quality. As applicable the Senior Recruiter conducts these activities within a specific vertical (e.g. pharmaceutical); job family (e.g. engineering, IT); or across an approved supplier network.This individual will act as an ongoing consultant to the client on the recruiting process. This person must drive the recruiting process, present qualified candidates to the hiring managers and ensure a positive experience for the candidates as they move through this process. This person also drives business commitments such as service level agreements (SLAs), compliance, diversity, and quality.In addition, the Sr. Recruiter should be a subject matter expert (SME) in recruiting and may have recruiting expertise in a niche market or with a specialized skill set. This position may be virtual or located onsite at the client location. Sr. Recruiter will also conduct the above activities across country borders and thus be familiar with culture/process changes required.Major Duties & Responsibilities:xc2xb7 Acts as the primary interface with the Hiring Managers, Human Resources, and other key stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction.xc2xb7 Provides back up coverage for the manager as needed.xc2xb7 Maintains accountability for the entire recruiting process as defined by the client.xc2xb7 Prioritize daily workload/tasks as a Sr. Recruiterxc2xb7 Interfaces with the Hiring Managers, Human Resources, and other key stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction.xc2xb7 Consults with hiring manager and follows processes to achieve SLAs/metrics.xc2xb7 Leads initial consultations with hiring managers on requisition definition and potential sourcing strategies.xc2xb7 Conducts external searches through strategic sourcing (networking, cold-calling, job board utilization, etc.)xc2xb7 Develops and implements sourcing strategies to find and attract desired passive candidates.xc2xb7 Develops and maintains extensive and effective networks within professional associations and within the community to ensure a continuous flow of candidates.xc2xb7 Utilizes advanced internet mining techniques.xc2xb7 Identifies and researches recruiting events.xc2xb7 Identifies and researches new innovative and creative sourcing methods.xc2xb7 Utilizes online social and professional networking sites to connect with potential passive candidates.xc2xb7 Develops and maintains a high volume of referrals.xc2xb7 Develops and maintains a strong candidate pipeline.xc2xb7 Creates compliant and impactful postings.xc2xb7 Effectively screens and counsels internal applicants and manages the internal applicant process.xc2xb7 Continuously xe2x80x9cclosesxe2x80x9d qualified candidates and works to drive offer acceptance.xc2xb7 Leads the candidate through the hiring process to ensure a positive experience and coaches each candidate appropriately at every stage of the process.xc2xb7 Screens, presents, and xe2x80x9csellsxe2x80x9d qualified candidates to hiring managers.xc2xb7 Manages hiring managers expectations appropriately.xc2xb7 Identifies and initiates local recruiting events.xc2xb7 Leads and/or participates in sourcing projects.xc2xb7 Builds networks across all channels.xc2xb7 Maintains a clear and accurate understanding of the entire recruiting process as defined by the client.xc2xb7 Demonstrates solid business knowledge in multiple industries and effective business acumenxc2xb7 Executes accurate data capture and timely reporting on key staffing metrics in client's ATS and/or other tracking mechanism such as Excelxc2xb7 Follows processes to achieve SLAs/metrics.xc2xb7 Works within the confines of the client Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to identify potential candidates.xc2xb7 Maintains understanding and execution of diversity and quality requirements.xc2xb7 Ensures compliance with legal and client regulations during identification and screening process.xc2xb7 Coordinate the broadcast, submittal, and overall optimization of suppliers (recruitment agencies) as a supplement to the sourcing & talent chain management strategy.xc2xb7 Responsible for supporting the overall profitability of the program/account.
