We need someone who has at least 2-3 years of experience in bulk hiring NON-IT positions and expertise in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) domain. hiring for a Large General Insurnace Client.Location - Jaipur & Chandigarh

• Bulk Hiring: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for high-volume hiring needs within the General Insurance sector.
• BFSI Expertise: Utilize deep understanding of the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) domain to source, screen, and select qualified candidates.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment solutions.
• Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute strategic talent acquisition plans to attract and retain top talent in the industry.
• Data-Driven Recruitment: Leverage recruitment metrics and data analytics to optimize the hiring process and improve efficiency.

• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in bulk hiring within the General Insurance sector, with a strong background in the BFSI domain.
• Skills: Proficient in candidate sourcing techniques, talent assessment, and relationship management.
• Education: Bachelor\'s degree in human resources.

• Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Insurance sector, General Insurance company exposure will be an added advantage
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead recruitment teams and manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
