Overview Please note : We are a remote-first organization so you can work from anywhere in India. You may be required to travel to our Mumbai office based on business requirements or for company/team events. The opportunity: We\'re looking for a passionate Recruiter who is driven to discover untapped talent, successfully match them to the right roles and in turn positively influence organizational growth! As a Recruiter at CACTUS, you will own & execute the end-to-end recruitment for various roles across functions and levels. You will directly partner with hiring managers to understand their requirements and successfully close requisitions assigned to you. You will also have the opportunity to work on special projects that impact talent acquisition outcomes. Responsibilities You will be responsible for: Driving full recruitment lifecycle for various open roles enabling hiring managers to find the best talent. Conducting effective kick-off calls with hiring managers to understand the role requirements thoroughly. Crafting appealing job descriptions & ads posting and promoting jobs on various sourcing channels based on requirements. Continuously building a strong talent pipeline at various hiring stages. Sourcing and reviewing profiles and conducting in-depth screenings of candidates to assess if they are the right fit. Driving the entire communication from the start till post-offer with hiring managers & required stakeholders keeping them updated throughout the process. Providing excellent experience to all stakeholders involved including candidates, hiring managers, leaders etc. Identifying bottlenecks and proactively resolving challenges that interfere with the successful & timely closure of roles by partnering with hiring managers & executing innovative solutions. Driving operational experience throughout the selection process. Collaborating with team members and Senior Manager, Global Talent Acquisition to work on projects that impact various talent acquisition outcomes for eg. quality, cost, turnaround times. Qualifications and Prerequisites Excellent verbal and written language and communication skills. Passionate and driven to consistently achieve role closures within required timelines. Committed to bringing in the best quality of talent to the organization. Capable of empathizing with both hiring managers & candidates and adjusting approach accordingly. Takes a proactive approach towards hiring and adeptly handles challenges and delays. Effectively communicates with all stakeholders throughout the recruitment process. 4-5 years of prior experience as a Recruiter in any industry, preferably with experience in hiring for marketing/technology/customer service roles. Skilled in utilizing various sourcing channels such as LinkedIn, Naukri among others. Eager to explore technology and new sourcing methods, including social media. Demonstrates a curiosity for learning about various industry updates and market trends, and applies acquired knowledge to enhance current processes or methods.
