We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our team and lead the full-cycle recruitment process to attract top talent. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in talent acquisition, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates while building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:During a Typical Day, Youllxc2xb7 Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract and hire top talent.xc2xb7 Collaborate with hiring managers to identify job requirements, create job descriptions, and define the ideal candidate profile.xc2xb7 Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.xc2xb7 Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.xc2xb7 Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.xc2xb7 Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.xc2xb7 Promote the companys culture and values to attract high-quality candidates.What You Bring to the Role

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years of experience in recruitment
• Proven success in sourcing and hiring across various roles, including senior-level and specialized positions.
• Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
