The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a compelling candidate experience that reflects Omnicell's values and attracts top talent to the organization. They will also advise and collaborate with hiring managers and interviewers to ensure seamless, efficient, and effective recruitment. The Senior Recruiter will be expected to meet and exceed performance expectations in the following areas:

• Serve as a candidate advocate, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed throughout the recruitment process and promoting a positive experience.
• Advise and collaborate with hiring managers and interviewers to ensure a seamless, efficient, and effective recruitment process that delights every candidate.
• Drive operational excellence in the recruitment process, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing best practices.
• Utilize talent intelligence to provide insights into the candidate market, identify trends, and recommend strategies to attract and acquire top talent.

• Quality of Hire: This metric measures the performance and retention of candidates hired through the recruiting process. This can be measured by surveying the employee and hiring manager 90 days after the start date.
