Senior Quantity Surveyor (boq)
Job Description
Prepare comprehensive bills of quantities based on project specifications and drawings.
Conduct site visits to gather necessary data for accurate quantity measurement.
Collaborate with architects and engineers to understand project requirements and scope.
Estimate material quantities and labor costs for various project phases.
Review and analyze project plans to identify potential discrepancies or omissions.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
Assist in the preparation of tender documents and submissions.
Monitor project progress and update quantities as required throughout the construction process.
Provide support in contract administration and financial reporting.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
