About this role:



Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Quantitative Model Solutions Specialist.



In this role, you will: • Ensure documentation and process adherence of all use-cases and ML model artefacts to comply with the risk and compliance requirements.
• Manage the Data Ingestion activities during the use-case implementations.
• Assist with the onboarding of the Data Scientists and Engineers on AI platforms.
• Collaborate and consult extensively with the other Platform Consultants, Product Managers, Data Scientists, and Engineers to manage and deliver the activities such as:
+ setting up the development environments with necessary folders, compute resources (CPU/GPU), required accesses, and python libraries/packages,
+ obtaining all the required model development related operational approvals right from data ingestion to deployments,
+ managing the SharePoint configurations and model related artefacts' management, and
+ reviewing model deployment requirements checklists and adhering to the required procedures & guidelines at all stages of the use-case delivery.
• Work individually or as part of a team on data science model monitoring projects and work closely with business partners across the organization.
• Provide analytical support for model deployment, model performance/data drift monitoring, model maintenance across business verticals using technologies including but not limited to Python, Spark, and H2O etc.

Required Qualifications: • 4+ years of quantitative solutions engineering, model solutions or quantitative model operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications: • 4+ years of experience with Artificial Intelligence or Data Science related project/program/product management, communication, implementation, and strategic planning.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as computer science, data science, statistics, mathematics, and/or depth of coursework in these areas.
• Experience in artificial intelligence, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
• Excellent understanding of Machine learning model development lifecycle - business problem understanding, Data ingestion, EDA, Feature engineering, Model development, testing, evaluation, model deployment, model monitoring and model maintenance.
• Proven experience in identifying threshold values for the related model monitoring metrics and suggestions being passed on to data scientist and business when model re-training required.
• Hands on experience in Python/Pyspark, SQL.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Git, Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio).
• Ability to manage internal communications planning as per brand standards.
• Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective technical and strategic partnerships with all levels of team members both business and technical.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment.
• Working knowledge and understanding of AI, Machine Learning, public cloud-based AI and ML model development lifecycles.
• Good understanding of Engineering practices, big data, data lake environments, and distributed computing systems/frameworks such as PySpark.
• Working experience with Engineers and Production Support teams in driving root cause analysis of production issues and identifying resolution and preventative steps.
• Experience in quantitative solutions engineering, model solutions, quantitative model operations, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
• Strong Skills in Teradata, Hadoop
