Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.\xc2\xb7 Design, develop, and execute automation scripts. Identify, record, document, and track bugs. Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.\xc2\xb7 Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs.\xc2\xb7 Monitor debugging process results. Investigate the causes of non - Conforming software. Track quality assurance metrics, such as defect densities and open defect counts.\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. developers, business analysts, and platform owner) to identify testing requirements.\xc2\xb7 Identify and prioritize quality control issues from an end-to-end perspective.\xc2\xb7 Participate in scrum ceremonies such as refinement, demo, and release planning.Your success is grounded in:\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in computer science or equivalent stream and 3 to 5+ years ServiceNow experience\xc2\xb7 Desired knowledge, skills, and abilities required of the position:\xc2\xb7 Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.\xc2\xb7 Familiarity working with Agile development teams.\xc2\xb7 Strong knowledge with ServiceNow platform & modules.\xc2\xb7 Prior ServiceNow exposure.\xc2\xb7 Experience implementing ATFS and setting up test scripts within ServiceNow\xc2\xb7 Ability to communicate technical information in business terms\xc2\xb7 Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.\xc2\xb7 Any certificates, licenses, etc. required of the position:\xc2\xb7 ISTQB or any ServiceNow or ITIL certifications are a plusJoin us and be yourself!We value your unique identity and perspective and are fully committed to providing equitable opportunities and building a workplace that reflects the diversity of society.
