Job Title: Senior Quality Executive - Two Brothers Organic Farm Location: Indapur, Maharashtra, India Position Type: Full-Time Company Overview: Two Brothers Organic Farm is a pioneering organic farm located in the serene countryside of Pune, Maharashtra. With a commitment to sustainable agriculture and premium organic produce, we are on a mission to promote healthier living through responsible farming practices. We are currently seeking a Quality Executive with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience to uphold and enhance our product quality standards. Job Summary: As a Quality Executive at Two Brothers Organic Farm, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the exceptional quality of our organic products. Your role will encompass the implementation and maintenance of rigorous quality control measures, adherence to industry standards, and continuous improvement of our quality management system. Key Responsibilities: Quality Assurance: Develop, implement, and maintain robust quality assurance procedures to meet and exceed industry standards and regulatory requirements. Quality Control: Conduct inspections, audits, and regular checks on farm operations, processing, and packaging to maintain the highest product quality. Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring consistency and excellence in product quality. Compliance: Ensure compliance with organic farming regulations and certifications, including but not limited to organic certifications (e.g., USDA Organic, India Organic). Documentation: Maintain detailed records of quality tests, reports, and documentation for audit and compliance purposes. Supplier Relations: Work closely with suppliers to establish and maintain quality standards for incoming materials and ingredients. Root Cause Analysis: Investigate and address quality-related issues and non-conformances through root cause analysis and corrective action plans. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on quality performance, key metrics, and improvement initiatives, sharing findings with senior management. Customer Focus: Monitor and analyze customer feedback, responding proactively to address any quality-related concerns and maintain customer satisfaction. Qualifications: B.tech/M.tech/M.sc in a relevant field (e.g., Dairy, Food Science, Quality Management). Minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality-related role within the food or Dairy industry. Strong knowledge of organic farming practices and quality management systems. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams. Familiarity with relevant quality standards and certifications related to organic farming is a plus.
