Essential Responsibilities: - Collaborate with business users and program teams to shift QA left by understanding requirements and design high-level scenarios for configuration/development phase - Work with onshore and offshore teams (India based) to ensure and understand the requirements clearly and review their testing deliverables (manual & automated) - Ensure end-to-end (E2E) test validations for business functional features involving multiple workstreams by managing the direction, schedule, and prioritization - Keep track of implementation requirements (functional and non-functional) and track testing phases against Definition of Done of major program implementation. - Own end to end process of Quality Analysis and execution and will coordinate with internal and vendor resources for test case design, execution, defects tracking and status reporting.
