• Develop automation/performance scripts that meet organization standards and build reliable automated regression suites
• Design and develop test plans, test cases based upon functional and design specifications, execute test cases and analyze and report test results to the teams
• Work in partnership with the development teams to deliver business functionality on time with required quality that meets the acceptance criteria
• Focus on building efficient solutions for Web, Services/APIs, Database and mobile testing requirements.
• Participate in internal/cross team meetings, project scoping, functional reviews, test specifications, technical reviews for assigned projects in an Agile environment
• Participate actively in functional, system and regression testing activities
• Capture quality assurance data and metrics to provide insights and conclusions
• Estimate and perform risk analysis for quality delivery
• Creating strategies to mitigate those risks and take necessary measures to control the risks.
• Communicating or creating awareness to all the stake holders for the various risks Understand & review the current risks and escalate.
• Challenge yourself continuously to move towards automation for all daily works and help others in the automation.
• Create milestones for yearly improvement projects and set. Work with the development team to ensure that the quality engineers get apt support like automation hooks or debug builds wherever and whenever possible

What we look for:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/related field
• 4-8 years' experience in C#/Typescript, Selenium WebDriver, SpecFlow, Rest API Testing with experience in evaluating, implementing and extending test automation frameworks and write automated tests
• Strong Experience in Test Automation Tool/Frameworks for example: BDD,TDD, Cypress, Selenium WebDriver, SoapUI, JMeter, TestNG,
• Review business and technical requirements; test scenarios; create automated test scripts, execute tests, and publish daily test execution reports.
• Establish regression testing across projects, utilizing processes, methods, metrics.
• Ensure test case coverage is constantly increasing and feeding new test cases back into the CD pipeline.
• Implementing a Service Level Automation Framework (RestShap, RestAssure API)
• Experience working in an Agile Development environment is preferred
• Experience with Jira, Gitlab, CI/CD .
• Contribute to manual testing as necessary during sprints.
• Provide reports for development managers in order to pinpoint areas of deficiency.
• Ability to effectively communication both verbal and written
• Ability to work in team-oriented environment, and also have the ability to work independently
• Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive
• Strong troubleshooting skills

The following experience would be advantageous:

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript, Angular 6+
• Data access through ADO.NET
• WCF, Windows Services
• Karate , Concordion, JBehave, Mocha experience
• Integration services experience, especially with MQ Series or Web Services
• Knowledge of UML or similar design languages/methodologies
• Experience with docker, terraform etc is a plus
• Financial domain knowledge
• SOA / jQuery / HTML5
• RESTful API development
