Inventive Seeds Private Limited is seeking a suitable candidate for the role of \xe2\x80\x9cQuality Control \xe2\x80\x93 Sr. Executive\xe2\x80\x9d to work closely with our team. The location base would be Bangalore, Karnataka. Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Responsible for implementing, developing and managing Quality Assurance/Quality Control \xc2\xb7 Identify quality issues and perform a continuous analysis to monitor standards, regulatory requirements, and changes, working with the relevant Quality Regional Teams involved \xc2\xb7 Ensures all testing protocols, methods, evaluations and reports meet company standards. \xc2\xb7 Conduct GOT, Germination, Moisture, Vigor and Physical purity tests for seeds as recurring tests and re-test in accordance with current ISTA rules. \xc2\xb7 Understanding of Seed Quality Testing including Genetic Purity, Trait Purity, Vigor and off-types. \xc2\xb7 Prepare and maintain a record of all quality documents \xc2\xb7 Familiarity and knowledge of seed laws and Quality standards \xc2\xb7 Experience in Seed quality testing. \xc2\xb7 Arrange for prompt seed sampling and loading from the nation\'s various processing facilities, as well as lab testing to verify quality in accordance with established criteria and result reporting. \xc2\xb7 Coordinate with production, warehouse, Sales and marketing, and production teams regarding seed samples. \xc2\xb7 Manage lab supplies and instruments including maintenance and calibration. \xc2\xb7 Examine and look into product complaints; carry out Root Cause Analysis on quality issues that have been identified; and make sure that closures are made in compliance with corporate policies and external legal requirements. \xc2\xb7 Extensive use of Microsoft Office and ERP Qualifications: \xc2\xb7 Bachelor/master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in agriculture, Agronomy, Horticulture or related field

• 4 to 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in seed quality control.
• Knowledge of seed market compliances will be an added advantage.
• Data management and analysis e.g., planning, budgeting etc.
• Very experienced in working as a quality responsible or expert and in Quality System Planning and a strong knowledge of Quality Improvement tools and methods
• Must be able to deal effectively with organisational complexity and ambiguity
