Position Details: Senior Quality Manager-Seat Vacant Positions: 1-No\'s Designation: Senior Manager Experience: 10+Years CTC Offered: As per Market Standards Location: Penukonda, (KIA Plant- Hyundai Transys) OEM Manufacturing Experience Required Responsibilities 1. New Projects ISIR testing - right from sample arrangement to till test reports compilation. 2. Homologation test for new projects activities - coordinating with ARAI and completion of the requirements. 3. Process audit and Product audit knowledge. 4. Monitoring weekly/monthly/yearly testing requirements and reporting. 5. Maintain Test lab instruments, Test equipment, measuring instruments Calibration as per plan. 6. Conduct Measurement System Analysis studies as per plan. 7. Coordinating with Third party testing agencies and execute the test as per requirement 8. Quality Management System Activities - Manual, Procedures, work instruction preparation, upgradation, changes with the relevant documentation. 9. CMM Measurement - inspection of parts and reporting. 10. Welding Penetration test - Destructive testing and making report. 11. Warranty part analysis with Customer, arrange improvement plan along with suppliers. 12. Coordinating with Suppliers for part inspection as per set frequency. 13. Manage with dealer for the analysis of the product for functional and performance issues at dealer end. 14. Warranty part analysis with Customer, arrange improvement plan along with suppliers. 15. Effective Coordination in the Quality improvements, Product Improvement projects, new product development. 16. Analysis of the claim part, and countermeasure action report to customer. 17. Preparation of monthly warranty claim report, and arrange supplier claim for the respective supplier part issues. 18. Warranty parts management (analysis and scrap). 19. Supplier management skill and process audit knowledge. 20. Monitoring weekly/monthly 3M PPM index. 21. Dealer shop visit for the issue reported at end customer, understanding of issues and effectively close the issue at dealer shop. 22. Daily, weekly and monthly warranty data management. 23. Prepare Technical service bulletin (Procedure for part issue repair and replacement) and report to customer. 24. Coordinating with customer for claim objection request and reduction. 25. Adherence to QMS and maintain warranty records. Qualifications 1.BE- Mechanical or Electronics. Example: 1.Excellent verbal and written communication skills 2.Car Seat Quality Assurance mandatory.
