We are looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team in India. This is an amazing opportunity to work on GxP-compliant applications with geographically spread QA teams with wide variety of technology/tools/processes.About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

• Ability to design, implement and execute automated tests and clearly document the results.
• Ability to clearly document the test cases and test reports.
• Experience in testing APIs.
• Experience in working with databases such as MSSQL, MYSQL, PostgreSQL or DynamoDB
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and QA methodologies.
• Knowledge and experience of BDD
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and QA methodologies.
• Strong troubleshooting skills combined with the ability to break down complex issues.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.

It would be great if you also had:

• Experience with JavaScript based automation tools like Cypress.
• Experience with Python based automation tools like RobotFramework.
• Experience with AWS technologies and Docker.
• Experience with Java, Performance Testing.
• Ability to comprehend business requirements and software specification documents.

What will you be doing in this role?

• Responsible for verifying the suitability of the application instances configured for the customer need.
• Performs periodic validation of the applications to meet GxP compliance.
• Executes and maintains the manual test scripts to meet the GxP compliance requirements and to verify the configured application instances for the customers.
• Contributing to authoring GxP documentation as needed.
• Supporting the customer issues and tracking it to resolution.
• Responsible for data migration testing.
• Designs, implements & executes automated tests.
• Debugs and fixes existing automated tests.
• Communicates test progress, test results, and other relevant information to leadership and/or stakeholders.

What product will you be supporting?A GxP-validated and audit-ready pharmacovigilance (PV) literature review software solution, developed to monitor literature for Individual Case Safety Reporting, Aggregate Reports, and Signal Detection. It streamlines the drug safety literature monitoring process, making it more efficient, cost-effective, and compliant. Our customers include top 10 global pharmaceutical companies, small biotechs, and Contract Research Organizations.About the TeamOur team is geographically distributed across the US, UK, Spain, and India, comprising well-integrated developers, QAs, solution analysts, and DevOps professionals. We work closely with the product team, sales team, and particularly the regulatory compliance team. The team provides an excellent opportunity to secure GxP compliance requirements and will soon transition to a Greenfield project, utilizing the latest technology stack and architecture in our development and QA processes.Hours of Work

• Regular working hours in India, with flexibility to accommodate other time zones such as CET, GMT, and EST.
• Hybrid working model requiring mandatory attendance in the office for 2-3 days per week.
• Full time, 45hrs/week
