Requirements:-

1. 4-7 years of working experience with exposure to IT Systems with complex business processes, and planning for functional testing, UAT, and regression testing.

2. Exposure to major applications in any area - Insurance, Banking, Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing.

3. Should have experience in understanding business requirements, functional specifications and impact analysis of changes.

4. Should have exposure to technology - HTML, SQL, Unix.

5. Experience with Agile software delivery methods

6. Good verbal and written communication skills in English

7. B.E (or equivalent)

8. Any Industry Standard Testing Certification - will be preferred

9. Having Knowledge or work experience in agile methodology- will be preferred



Responsibilities:-

1. Responsible for understanding business requirements, functional specifications and impact analysis for change requests. Conducting requirement clarification and issue resolution meetings.

2. Design test cases including expected outputs from the Business Requirements and Functional Specifications to ensure maximum coverage, to emulate user interaction in the production environment.

3. Conduct independent system testing for the Business Requirements and Functional Specifications.

4. Design and Execute the end-to-end test scenarios and validate results.

5. Report test results and ensure that bugs are properly identified, tracked, documented and fixed and help in UAT support to users

6. Update & maintain documentation of the executed test cases, using Sapiens's methodology

7. Review and provide input on Business Requirement and Functional Specification documents.

8. Design and development of automated tests scripts using Telerik Test Studio, Selenium, Applitools or some similarly sophisticated tool - advantage

9. Basic knowledge in REST API's and SOAP - advantage

10. Web service knowledge - advantage

11. Continuous Integration tools (Jenkins / TeamCity or equivalent) experience - advantage
