Position Overview: As a Senior QA Tester, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our websites and applications. You will lead the testing efforts, develop test strategies, and mentor junior QA testers. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for websites and applications. Lead and coordinate testing efforts across multiple projects, including functional testing, regression testing, and performance testing. Identify, prioritize, and track defects found during testing and work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements, acceptance criteria, and quality standards. Mentor and provide guidance to junior QA testers, including reviewing their test plans and test cases. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in software testing methodologies, tools, and technologies. Participate in requirements analysis, design reviews, and sprint planning meetings to provide input on testability and quality considerations. Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on testing websites and applications. Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices. Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks, such as Selenium WebDriver, JUnit, TestNG, or similar. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in an Agile environment. - Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and identify root causes. - Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels. Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) is a plus.
