We are Hiring a Senior QA Lead to enhance our quality assurance processes and ensure the delivery of exceptional software products. • Develop and implement a QA strategy aligned with our agile processes.

• Lead and mentor a team of QA specialists, fostering continuous improvement.

• Design and execute advanced test plans across multiple configurations and devices.

• Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks for efficiency.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate QA into the development lifecycle.

• Analyze quality metrics and drive improvements based on insights.

• Establish and maintain QA best practices and documentation standards.

• Participate in release planning, ensuring quality standards are met.

• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for quality issues.

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 7+ years of software QA experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.

• Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, JUnit).

• Familiarity with AWS Cloud services and testing in cloud environments.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

• Outstanding communication abilities, both written and verbal.

• Experience with agile development methodologies.

• ISTQB certification or equivalent.

• Experience with performance and security testing.

• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

• Familiarity with data quality principles and data integrity testing.
