As part of our global R&D organization, you will play a crucial role in building and supporting Qlik\'s Cloud-based AI / ML components, contributing to transformative discoveries in data.What makes this role interesting?Team Collaboration: Join a small, close-knit team dedicated to building and supporting Qlik\'sCloud-based Product Offerings in AI and ML, fostering a collaborative and innovativeenvironment.Agile Software Development: Gain insight into the purpose and practices of agile softwaredevelopment, contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes.Innovative Problem Solving: Implement creative solutions to scalability and performancebottlenecks commonly found in complex, big data environments.Technology Exploration:Explore and apply various technologies to solve challenging problems, fostering continuouslearning and growth.Communication and Collaboration: Exercise strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills while working collaboratively in a cross-functional team.Strategic Testing: Review market requirements, functional specifications, and detaileddesign documents to derive comprehensive test objectives, ensuring the quality of our products.Coding/Scripting: Implement, debug and develop test automation code using your coding skillsin python/JavaScript/go and any other scripting languages.Automated Testing: Design and implement automated test scenarios, execute automated testsuites, and analyze results to enhance testing efficiency.Manual Testing: Design and execute manual test cases as needed, aligning with test objectives, and contributing to a robust testing framework.Framework Contribution: Contribute to the maintenance and further development of the testautomation framework, ensuring its effectiveness and relevance.System Maintenance: Bootstrap, configure, populate, and maintain test systems with third-party data sources for both automated and manual testing purposes.We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a teammate with:

• Minimum of 5 years of testing experience, preferably in product development teams, with proficiency in automation testing

• Experience with software development in one or more general purpose programming

languages.

• Experience developing test automation solutions and automated internal frameworks or

working on engineering productivity tools and frameworks. Experience building testautomation frameworks and tools.

• Experience in coding in Python language related to providing solutions in Data Science

• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience in exploratory, risk-based, integration, and regression testing of software

products. Good understanding of software architecture, experience with cloud serviceproviders (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and familiarity with Agile methodology.

• Knowledge about JavaScript/Go-Lang/NodeJS code to troubleshoot, experience in

automating functional and integration test cases.

• Familiarity with Micro Services, container technologies like Docker, Linux, Windows is a

plus. Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and ability to lead on new tasks, guiding teammembers for optimal performance.

• Ability to learn, work with, and apply multiple technologies to solve real customer problems,

staying updated with best practices in testing. Strong communication, analytical, andinterpersonal skills with the ability to work across geographically dispersed teams.

• A bachelor\'s or master\'s degree in computer science or equivalent.

You responsibilities would include:

• Compare different test automation frameworks and set up the feasible framework

infrastructure.

• Define the test framework, test preconditions, and other test control and reporting functions

to enable others to test functionality.

• Drive opportunities and lead efforts to improve existing test infrastructure or create new test

infrastructure to increase efficiency and productivity in test case development, scheduling, ordeployment.

• Code in Python/Go-Lang/Scripting languages.

• Develop test plans based on Product Excellence/test strategies.

• Lead test plan reviews with engineers and other stakeholders across teams.

• Certification in Cloud Technologies

• Training in Machine Learning/ Deep Learning / AI Technologies
