Codework Solutions is the development partner for CurrentWare Inc, a Canadian headquartered software business.

The Codework team develops computer activity monitoring, internet restriction, and endpoint security solutions for CurrentWare. CurrentWare's customers are primarily based in the United States across multiple industries including healthcare, finance, manufacturing, and education.

To support our mission, currently, we are seeking a talented QA Engineer with expertise in configuring and maintaining Windows networks, VPNs, Azure Active Directory, VDI environments, and private cloud solutions to join our team .

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement comprehensive testing setups tailored to the unique requirements of each product and to support larger customers.
• Record test results and prepare reports with sufficient detail for further analysis by product managers and developers
• Configure and manage Windows networks, VPNs, Azure AD integrations, VDI environments, and private cloud deployments.
• Implement and manage network infrastructure components, such as routers, switches and firewalls.
• Configure and set up antivirus software for testing compatibility with our product.
• Actively contribute to improving our QA processes and best practices.
• Develop and maintain manual and automated test suites to ensure the reliability and scalability of our software products.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify and prioritize areas for automation.
• Monitor and analyze test results, identifying trends and potential areas for improvement.
• Collaborate closely with customer support teams to promptly troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by customers, ensuring their satisfaction and maintaining high-quality service standards.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure full understanding of reported issues
• Work closely with product managers to define acceptance criteria and ensure that all user stories meet quality standards.
• Learn and understand the product at a deep level, and understand value the product brings to the needs of the customers

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a QA Engineer, with a focus on test automation and infrastructure setup.
• Expertise in configuring and maintaining Windows networks, VPNs, Azure Active Directory, VDI environments, and private cloud solutions .
• Experience MS SQL server T-SQL, Postman API testing, Selenium
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to understand and analyze complex client issues and replicate them in development environments
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
• Team player who can collaborate across disciplines in IT. This includes software development QA and automation, as well as deployment and configuration of IT infrastructure for testing
• Nice to have: Experience working with US-based customers. Strong familiarity with enterprise-level customers and their expectations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?500,000.00 - ?1,200,000.00 per year
