As a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and
reliability of our products/services. Leveraging your expertise and experience in QA
methodologies, tools, and processes, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to
identify, prioritize, and mitigate quality risks throughout the software development lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
\xe2\x97\x8f Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test strategies based on
functional and technical requirements.
\xe2\x97\x8f Perform manual and automated testing to validate software functionality, performance,
and scalability.
\xe2\x97\x8f Identify, report, and track software defects using issue tracking systems (e.g., JIRA) and
work closely with developers to resolve issues in a timely manner.
\xe2\x97\x8f Participate in requirement analysis, design reviews, and sprint planning meetings to
ensure testability and quality considerations are addressed early in the development
process.
\xe2\x97\x8f Mentor and provide guidance to junior QA team members, sharing best practices and
fostering a culture of quality within the organization.
\xe2\x97\x8f Collaborate with stakeholders to define acceptance criteria and ensure alignment
between business objectives and QA processes.
\xe2\x97\x8f Continuously evaluate and improve QA processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance
efficiency, effectiveness, and overall quality.Requirements:
\xe2\x97\x8f Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
\xe2\x97\x8f 4+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on manual and
automated testing.
\xe2\x97\x8f Strong proficiency in QA methodologies, tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG), and best
practices.
\xe2\x97\x8f Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and scripting languages (e.g.,
Java, Python).
\xe2\x97\x8f Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
\xe2\x97\x8f Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
\xe2\x97\x8f Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact
professionally with cross-functional teams.
