We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Python with Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and deployment of machine learning models into production environments.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable machine learning solutions that address complex business challenges.
As a senior member of the team, you will also mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and champion best practices in software development.

Responsibilities:

Develop end-to-end machine learning pipelines, from data collection and preprocessing to model deployment.
Design and implement scalable algorithms and models that leverage large datasets.
Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Evaluate and benchmark the performance of machine learning models.
Lead and mentor a team of junior engineers, providing technical guidance and expertise.
Stay current with the latest developments in machine learning and apply new techniques and methodologies as appropriate.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. PhD preferred.
6 years of experience in software development with expertise in Python programming.
6 years of experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in production.
Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical models.
Proficiency with machine learning libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.
Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?348,868.51 - ?1,551,350.32 per year
