What you will do: • Develop a web-based application using Python, Django, JavaScript
• Design, document, implement and provide leadership on a large core part of the management application.
• Work with various cross-functional groups such as product management, other development teams, QA, and documentation.
• Use the Agile process for the software development life cycle.
• Participate in technical discussions and provide innovation to the product.
• Work with engineering development teams co-located in different geographical locations.
• Proven skills in leading and developing a web-based application aimed at the enterprise and commercial market.
• Leadership and mentoring of junior engineers and small groups of engineers.

What makes you a great fit:

• Should have at least 5 years of experience
• Experience with one of the Python frameworks (preferably Django / Flask)
• Expertise in JavaScript programming language and object oriented concepts in JavaScript.
• Proven skills in leading and developing a web-based GUI application aimed at the enterprise and commercial market.
• Exposure to network management software is a plus.
• Extensive experience in HTML/DHTML/CSS Web 2.0 development.
• Experience in working with UE designers and taking a high fidelity mockup from Visual designer and bringing it live with HTML/CSS & JavaScript.
• Experience in MVC rapid development frameworks like Django etc.
• In-depth JavaScript experience including debugging and writing classes.
• Client facing experience will be an added advantage.
• Preferred:
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.
