Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Python Developer to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Python and its frameworks, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions. As a Senior Python Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our core applications, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance applications using Python.

2. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.

3. Ensure code quality through writing automated tests, performing code reviews, and maintaining documentation.

4. Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to address and mitigate these issues.

5. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure our applications are of the highest standard.

6. Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in Python development.

3. Strong expertise in Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.

4. Experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

4. Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

5. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

6. Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is highly desirable.

7. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

8. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
