Project Success Ratio: Oversee the successful and timely completion of PR projects by developing comprehensive project plans, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, monitoring progress, and providing regular updates to stakeholdersBudget Management: Ensure all projects are completed within budget by selecting cost-effective publication options and managing resources efficiently, ensuring accurate and precise distribution of releases to appropriate publications.Content Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards in content creation by ensuring consistency in style and tone, delivering error-free and high-quality outputs, conducting thorough industry research, fully understanding client briefs, and humanizing all content.Optimization and Compliance: Keep media and podcast lists current, conduct internal audits to ensure compliance and quality, adhere to regulations, and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and project quality.Project Closure Reporting: Ensure the timely and accurate submission of comprehensive project closure reports upon completion of each project.PR Trend Analysis and Innovation: Conduct in-depth industry research, analyze competitors, develop innovative PR plans, create engaging story angles, expand media lists, and manage vendors effectively to ensure high-quality deliverables.Client Presentation: Prepare high-quality presentation materials, conduct sector-specific research for insightful reports, and deliver innovative and unique PR strategy presentations to clients.Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with business development and branded teams on integrated campaigns, share insights to enhance efficiency, and participate in cross-functional meetings to foster team synergy.Market and Competitor Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and deliver comprehensive reports, monitor competitor activities, engage with journalists for story opportunities, and analyze campaign data to provide actionable insights.Client Satisfaction: Ensure timely updates to clients, prompt resolution of any concerns, innovative problem-solving, accurate understanding of briefs, and maintain high client retention through exceptional service.RequirementsExperience :2 + years of experience in PR management with a proven track record of enhancing brand visibility, leading comprehensive communication initiatives, and successfully executing impactful campaigns.Skills :Expertise in creating and executing PR strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation.Proficient in building and maintaining strong relationships with media outlets to secure coverage.Skilled in understanding client needs and managing their expectations effectively.Experienced in designing and leading PR campaigns aligned with strategic goals.Adept at using analytics tools to track, measure, and report on PR campaign performance.Capable of crafting compelling press releases, pitches, and presentations that generate media interest.
