Responsibilities Proactively identify media and PR opportunities to promote key company messages, talent branding, offerings, and thought leadership for company spokespeople Manage and mentor the PR team, including overseeing their day-to-day activities, setting goals, and providing feedback and guidance Liaise with an internal spokesperson, media agencies, journalists, editors, analysts, and advisors, and handle media inquiries Going on media rounds with the team and doing media callings as and when required Create content for press releases, by-line articles, and keynote presentations Driving internal growth of the agency by sitting with the senior management Measure the effectiveness of PR initiatives Proactively support and suggest improvements to exceed client expectations by leveraging industry knowledge and experience Be proactive in client engagement/meetings Requirements Must have relevant experience of 1 to 2 years Excellent communication skills Must have handled a team before Experience from PR agency only
