Direct and manage technicians. Liaise with other buildings services engineers throughout Arup. Have contact with external collaborators such as architects, clients, project managers, quantity surveyors and contractors. Managing and participating in multi-disciplinary project teams xe2x80x93 planning project resources and monitoring against budgets. Design and/or survey of building projects and services installations. To develop in a supervisory role within the building services team.You will receive and agree client briefing information xe2x80x93 disseminate to Arup project team and liaising with co-professionals and clients xe2x80x93 responsible for representing Arup in project meetings with development of innovative designs. Presentation of initial concepts in sketch form. Data center, hospital or laboratory sector experience would be an advantage.xc2xb7 Designing in BIM/Revit experience would be an advantage as would use of other digital tools or programming skills (eg. Python)xc2xb7 Able to demonstrate innovative design ability, engineering skills and knowledge and quickly develop successful team relationships and work independently with minimal supervision and to work under pressure and to meet strict deadlines is essentialxc2xb7 Excellent communications skills (both written and verbal) and planning, organizational and time management skills.
