Business Process Review:\xe2\x97\x8b Review assigned business processes from end-to-end to identify and address operational, financial, and technological risks.\xe2\x97\x8b Identify opportunities to improve efficiency within these processes.2. Business Analysis and Requirement Gathering:\xe2\x97\x8b Work with stakeholders to understand, gather, and define the requirements and help technology team and business manager to prioritize the same.\xe2\x97\x8b Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys to collect user requirements and identify areas for improvement.3. Project Management:\xe2\x97\x8b Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.\xe2\x97\x8b Manage project scope, schedules, and priorities.4. Customer Relationship Management:\xe2\x97\x8b Develop a communication process to keep stakeholders (including senior management, customers, and technical staff) informed of project results.\xe2\x97\x8b Stay current with market needs and requirements.5. Quality and Improvement:\xe2\x97\x8b Focus on quality improvement and data management.\xe2\x97\x8b Identify opportunities to integrate new systems and processes with existing ones.Skills:

• Mandatory:

• Automation Projects: Experience in handling automation projects, including process automation, workflow automation, and system integration.
• Business Analysis: Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Project Management: Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and Agile Methodologies
• Good to Have:

• Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with Media, CXM domain
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of relevant software tools, databases, and programming languages.
• Certifications: Any relevant certifications in business analysis, project management, or related fields.
