Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Should have handled at least 2 full cycle projects, starting from requirements analysis to production deployment and ongoing support. Must have experience in executing large scale RPA Projects - preferably using Automation anywhere, UiPath or BluePrism Must have a prior experience in above mentioned technology stream. Ability to lead complex projects involving multi delivery tracks with complete ownership. Excellent project and people management skills - able to plan and execute projects, manage requirements, Client interfacing skills and risks appropriately. Proven experience in working with client teams, Problem/Scope identification, Idea/solution conceptualization, Business case/ROI analysis, Execution, Solution deployment (Business & IT) . Should have excellent communication (written / oral) and presentation skills . Set & manage stakeholder expectations. Good team management skills - able to build and mentor the team. Prior onsite experience would be an added advantage clients. Preferred Knowledge/Skills Good project management skills - able to plan and execute projects, manage requirements and risks appropriately. Good at client interactions, able to set & manage stakeholder expectations. Good presentation and communication skills. Working or hands on experience in Microsoft .Net/SQL Working or hands on experience in Project implementation/Production support Must Have : RPA tools (AA, BluePrism or UiPath) and/or Power automate (is a added plus) Good to have Technical Skills - Microsoft .Net, C#, MS SQL Server, MVC, Job Location : Ahmedabad Qualification : Only BE, B.Tech, Me, MTECH & MCA Experience : Maximum 15 yrs of experience Preferred Skills: BPM- Leadership - JL6A
