: Job Title: Senior Project Manager (PM) Location: Mumbai, India : We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Project Manager to lead, plan, execute, and finalize complex projects within defined timelines and budgets. As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the full project lifecycle, including defining project objectives, coordinating teams, and ensuring successful delivery. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to deliver high-quality outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage large-scale, cross-functional projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
• Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
• Track project performance, report on progress, and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Ensure that project milestones and deliverables are met with high quality and within budget.
• Manage project budgets and forecasts effectively.
• Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing best practices for project management.

Mandatory Skills:

• Project Management Expertise: Proven experience in managing complex, high-impact projects.
• Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Agile Methodologies: Solid understanding of Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and their application in project management.
