Position- Sr. Manager ProjectsLocation: Mumbai, West India,May need to travel in the West Region \xe2\x80\x93 Pune, Nagpur, Aurangabad, Gujrat, Goa, Madhya Pradesh if projects come in those areas. May need to travel to other regions to support as a business need.Project Manager to manage key client projects. Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time, within budget & scope.He needs to create and lead the team, monitor project progress, set deadlines, solve issues that arise, manage budget & cashflow, ensure stakeholder satisfaction, and evaluate project performance, including the performance of their team members.Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor, and control the project. Summarize the progress of project & prepare reports for senior management to review the status of the project.To work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope & budget. To coordinate with other departments/functions to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible.Familiar with a variety of the field\'s concepts, practices, and procedures in project management of ELV segment & IBMS Projects. Rely on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Perform a variety of tasks. Lead and direct the work of other team members. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Reporting to a regional manager. Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments and GM of the project.To delight the customer by ensuring the on-time delivery of project with quality & value and support sales team to get repeat business.Responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects\xc2\xb7 Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget\xc2\xb7 Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.\xc2\xb7 Ensure resource availability and allocation.\xc2\xb7 Develop a detailed project plan (MS Project) to monitor and track progress\xc2\xb7 Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques\xc2\xb7 Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques\xc2\xb7 Report and escalate to management as needed\xc2\xb7 Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders\xc2\xb7 Perform risk management to minimize potential risks\xc2\xb7 Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors\xc2\xb7 Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation\xc2\xb7 Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project\xc2\xb7 Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members\' individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels\xc2\xb7 Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals\xc2\xb7 Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis\xc2\xb7 Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members\xc2\xb7 Use and continually develop leadership skills\xc2\xb7 Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency & perform other related duties as assigned\xc2\xb7 Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps related to Project ManagementQualification: Engineering Diploma/Graduate in Electronics /Electrical/Mechanical with 10 -15 years of experience in the field of Integrated Building Management Systems/ PLC systems/Industrial projects. Executed the projects like Data Centres/hospitals/hotels/commercial buildings/industrial segment.
