Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage the overall planning, execution, and completion of construction projects within budget and schedule.

- Lead a team of engineers, and other staff to ensure efficient project delivery.

- Develop and implement project plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.

- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.

- Monitor and report on project progress, budget, and quality control to senior management and stakeholders.

- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle.

- Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues proactively.

- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and procedures.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.

- Extensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices.

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide multidisciplinary teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
