This full-time and permanent position is based in India and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Corporate Services and its\' growth.Key responsibilities:Finance & Accounting Activities:\xe2\x9e\xa2 Preparation of Company Policies and Procedures.\xe2\x9e\xa2 Complete review of financial accounts.\xe2\x9e\xa2 Preparation of Budgets and cash flow projections.\xe2\x9e\xa2 Payroll Processing.\xe2\x9e\xa2 Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Management.Payroll Structuring and Administration:\xe2\x9e\xa2 Compensation Structuring.\xe2\x9e\xa2 Payroll Processing and related compliances.Company Law Matters:\xe2\x9e\xa2 Maintenance of Statutory Register, including secretarial work like conducting of board and share holders meetings and maintenance of minutes etc\xe2\x9e\xa2 Filing of forms and returns with MCADirect & Indirect Tax:\xe2\x9e\xa2 Monitoring of deduction and payment of TDS\xe2\x9e\xa2 Filing of Quarterly Returns for TDS\xe2\x9e\xa2 Filing of Income Tax Returns and related matters\xe2\x9e\xa2 Filing of GST ReturnsSTPI & Customs:\xe2\x9e\xa2 Filing of Softex Forms for Exports\xe2\x9e\xa2 Filing of Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly STPI Returns and other related STPI returns\xe2\x9e\xa2 Import Approval Documentation\xe2\x9e\xa2 CT3 Approval Documentation\xe2\x9e\xa2 Warehousing procedures - STPI & CustomsRBI & SEBI:\xe2\x9e\xa2 Preparation and filing of Intimations and returns for investments by NRI Investors and ESOP.\xe2\x9e\xa2 SEBI Quarterly returns on Venture Capital Investments.\xe2\x9e\xa2 Interaction with SEBI and authorised dealers on Venture Capital Investments.Reporting:\xe2\x9e\xa2 Preparation of MIS Reports.\xe2\x9e\xa2 Cash Flow statements on a monthly basis as required by the Management.\xe2\x9e\xa2 Preparation of Annual Budget and preparation of variance analysis.\xe2\x9e\xa2 Preparation of Projections for the purpose of Financial Institutions or Statutory Organizations.Attributes & Skills:\xc2\xb7 MIS, GST, Direct Tax (TDS, Advance Tax etc).
\xc2\xb7 Fluent in English;
\xc2\xb7 Strong organizational and interpersonal skills;
\xc2\xb7 Self-driven and highly motivated individual, able to work independently;
\xc2\xb7 Solution oriented with strong analytical skills;
\xc2\xb7 Proven ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure;
\xc2\xb7 Strong team playerAttributes & Skills:\xc2\xb7 MIS, GST, Direct Tax (TDS, Advance Tax etc).
\xc2\xb7 Fluent in English;
\xc2\xb7 Strong organizational and interpersonal skills;
