Position: Senior Project Manager From Civil Construction

Location: Bachupally, Hyderabad 500090

Salary: 12 to 15 LPA Negotiable

Experience: 15 + Year Must have end to end experience in Construction of Apartments in high rise Building.

Qualification: Civil Engineer or any Relevant

:

• To ensure all activities completed within the timeline , Budget and in compliance with

Quality as per company requirements.

• Planning Sequence of all activities till project completion.
• Keep track of the project's progress, deadlines and flag the concern during short falls.
• Generate Weekly, Monthly Progress updates and presentations for progress review.
• Coordination with other departments and consultants to get work completed.
• Managing Contractors with the available resources for the benefit of the company.
• Using technical, communication skills to find a solution for the problems that arises.
• Analysis risks and suggesting cost effective measures if any

Job Requirements:

• Should be able Manage large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner.
• Should be able to Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications.
• Should be able to Assess potential risks, materials and costs.
• Should be able to Oversee and mentor staff and liaise with a variety of stakeholders.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?1,200,000.00 - ?1,500,000.00 per year
