Project Manager - Engineering TeamWe are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for effectively managing projects within our engineering department. As a Project Manager, you will be tasked with coordinating efforts between cross-functional teams, driving project timelines and commitments, and ensuring effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. This role requires a strong background in project management, technical knowledge of working with engineering teams, excellent communication skills, proficiency in PowerPoint, and the ability to prioritize and deliver projects on time.Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables
• Work closely with engineering teams to develop project plans, timelines, and milestones
• Drive project execution by coordinating efforts, providing clear direction, and ensuring follow-through on commitments
• Ensure effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing updates, clarifications, and managing expectations
• Employ project management tools and methodologies to guide projects through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure phases
• Conduct regular project status meetings, identify risks and issues, and proactively address concerns
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project charters, plans, schedules, and reports
• Monitor project progress, track key metrics, and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Utilize PowerPoint to present project updates, proposals, and findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, ensuring effective teamwork and alignment towards project goals

Requirements:Experience working with application developers and engineering teams.Preferred: API platform experienceBachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)Proven experience in project management, preferably within an engineering or technical environmentStrong technical knowledge and understanding of working with engineering teamsSolid understanding of project management methodologies and toolsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholderProficiency in using PowerPoint to create compelling presentationsStrong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilitiesAbility to drive project timelines and commitments, while effectively managing competing prioritiesDetail-oriented mindset with exceptional organizational and multitasking skillsHigh level of professionalism and a proactive approach to workPMP certification or equivalent is a plusWe offer a competitive salary package, comprehensive benefits, and a stimulating work environment.
