The Role


As an Senior Project HSE Advisor with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team at Site to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience.

:





• Participate with supervisor in area inspections on an as-required basis.
• Participate in investigations relating to HSE incidents.
• Coordinate/Conduct regular job site inspections and report all hazards to appropriate supervisor and maintain a tracking register.
• Conduct appropriate trainings for personnel commencing employment.
• Participate in HSE Committee.
• Organize HSE motivational programs.
• Ensure JSA's/Method statement are prepared and reviewed by appropriate levels.
• Support audits on HSE management system.
• Communicate non compliances and LFI's to all contractor employees.
• Weekly HSE reports communicated to Client's HSE representative.
• Ensure all HSE personnel are engaged to fulfill contractual obligation. Escalate gaps if any to higher management of contractor to take necessary action.
• Ensure compliance of all deviations and outstanding issues discussed in various meetings.
• Ensure suitable disciplinary actions are taken for repeated deviations.
• Ensure a strict implementation of Zero Tolerance Policies declared by Client.
• Conduct analysis of HSE data to determine additional requirement of training and strengthening HSE support at field level.
• Ensure implementation of NED programme.
• Ensure implementation of construction waste management plan.
• Review Heavy/Critical lift plan.
• Responsible for overseeing the HSE compliance of Contractors in a mega project.
• Strong understanding and exposure in driving Contractor HSE management system.
• Thorough understanding of HSE statutory requirements specific to India.
• Liaising with Customer & Contractor to align with company HSE expectations.






Qualification:

BE /B. Tech from recognized Institute and Diploma in Industrial Safety from recognized University. Examination of such course should have been conducted by TEB of respective state or approved University.



Experience : Must have more than 20 years of experience of Managing HSE activities in construction industries and last five years should have worked as an independent HSE In-charge of medium in large construction site.
