Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Engineer to oversee and manage engineering projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

? Project Leadership: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.

? Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, ensuring adherence to engineering standards and best practices.

? Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, procurement, and construction, to ensure successful project execution.

? Risk Management: Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential issues proactively.

? Budget and Schedule Management: Develop and manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

? Quality Assurance: Ensure all engineering deliverables meet quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements.

? Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

? Mentorship: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and project team members, fostering professional growth and development.

? Reporting: Prepare and present project status reports, highlighting key milestones, risks, and accomplishments to stakeholders.

Qualifications/Competencies:

? Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil)

? years of experience in project engineering or management, with a focus on [specific industry or sector].

? Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.

? Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

? Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

? Professional Engineering (PE) license is preferred.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
