Educational Qualifications Bachelor/master's degree in mechanical/Automobile Engineering or equivalent
Minimum years of experience 3-4 years of hand-on experience in electric vehicle domain on motor/inverter FE analyses, especially vibration and structural analyses
Nature of experience Automobile / Manufacturing / Engineering
Skills Required:
1) Strong FE analysis fundamentals and hand on experience with Abaqus/Ansys/Nastran etc.
2) Experience of handling frequency domain analysis such as Random vibration analysis, Transient dynamic analysis, Modal analysis, Stress analysis on motor/inverter products
3) Electric vehicle domain, especially electric motor domain experience preferred.
4) Strong capability in interpretation of problem definitions, co-simulation results and suggesting design improvements/recommendation independently
/ Responsibilities
1) Should have a basic functionality knowledge of electric vehicle components such as motor, inverter, electric drive system.
2) Should have a strong knowledge of structural and vibration analyses workflow and proficient at building and simulation analysis models.
3) Perform FEA analyses on motor and inverter products, including vibration, thermal and static analyses independently.
4) Result Interpretation and Provide design improvement/optimization ideas based on simulation results.
5) Work as a member of global cross functional team with flexible Work timings and proficiently communicate technical information with teams from overseas technical centers.
