Job Description

:

• Responsible for Projects execution at the site and ensure completion of projects as per the specified quality, timeline & safety.
• Monitoring and scheduling of projects through different projects management techniques.
• Execution of the construction activities to ensure that the developments are in par with the approved drawings.
• Maintain day-to-day record of work progress at site and maintain all documents as required.
• Managing team of Junior & QA + QC Engineers.
• Coordinate the GFC drawings from various consultants and issue the drawings to contractors for site execution after detailed review.
• Assist the Project Head with respect to overall project progress and reporting.
• Knowledge of Software Tools such as Autocad, Sketchup etc is desired.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?750,000.00 - ?850,000.00 per year
