Our flexible approach ensures that our clients receive creative meeting and event solutions and unique experiences that will drive their business and engage their audience.Our Meeting and Events team is constantly growing, and we are looking to add a senior project accountant.As a Senior Project Accountant, you will

• Check customer invoices on correctness and process them via the invoice management tool
• Lead financial closure of complex projects by working together with operational teams and train team members to efficiently close projects
• Provide financial guidance and support to project teams, helping them understand financial implications and make informed decisions
• Request New Suppliers for posting invoices
• Combine invoices with specifications and send them to suppliers
• Upload customer invoices into customer invoicing tools

About You

• Previous accounting experience in A/P, A/R, and G/L
• Ability to initiate new ideas
• Capability of problem solving - Anticipating, initiating and resolving issues
• Analyzing processes and have strong numeric and analytical skills
• Expert at Excel
• Extensive experience with SAP
• Good command of English
• Ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment
